KPI for Medical Officer

  • Proficient with medical terms & system.
  • Strong quantitative and reasoning abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
  • Scrutinizing of Health claim files and has to check the genuinety of claim.
  • Understand enterprise architecture in health care and public health organizations.

KPI for Claim Executive

  • Claim intimation of the claims Files as per date of admission and policy period.
  • Bill Entry of the Claim File according to the various bills under sub heads like
    consultations, investigations, medicines etc..

KPI for CRM

  • To retain the current business and to develop new business for the company by
    maintaining good relationship with the clients.
  • Responsible for Full & Final settlements of the mediclaim process of corporate clients.
  • Maintaining track of all pending claim cases &ensure on the closure of the same within
    TAT.
  • Coordinating with broker &insurance companies for resolution on pending cases.
  • Ensuring proper implementation of Mediclaim Policy.
  • Preparing MIS reports for the clients on weekly basis.
  • Preparing Presentation for clients during renewal & quarterly review meetings.
  • Conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with the clients/brokers/insurance
    company to ensure smooth running of the business.

KPI for Co-ordinator

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
  • Coordinate with Clients and Diagnostic centers executive to arrange pre-policy
    medicals on fixed timings.
  • Daily or Monthly MIS report sent to management as per their advice.

KPI for Operation Manager

  • Processing & settlement of claims reported under various line of business for
    commercial & retail clients with the objective of fair settlement & customer retention.
  • Understanding of the Policy Conditions for different Insurance companies / corporate and
    adherence of same for processing with due linkage with the claims system.
  • Monthly presenting performance review to higher management.
  • Tightening the Internal TAT to achieve and surpass SLA sets by Insurance
    Company / Customer.
  • MIS request gets delivered to insurance company/insurance brokers as and
    required or as decided.

KPI for BDM

  • Able to present value propositions to large audiences at industry events and in
    one-on-one meetings with key analysts.
  • Well versed in cost effective branding and marketing programs to quickly drive market
    awareness and high quality leads.
  • Should be well experienced in corporate sale and presentations.
  • Bringing the business from various corporate Regular and continuous liaison with risk
    and Insurance executives and Regional Managers of the insurance companies in
    connection with business opportunities.
  • Responsible for generating higher revenues for the company by bringing in more business.
  • Interaction with Insurance companies and internal team to complete the work process.

KPI for Backoffice Executive

  • Candidate would be responsible for handling Back office activities.
  • Feeding data, Summarizing and analyzing the same.
  • Should be well experienced in corporate sale and presentations.
  • Documentation - MIS Preparation - Data entry, letter drafting, e-mail, Ms-office.
  • Coordination with clients and other internal departments for smooth work process.
