  • Ensuring proper implementation of Mediclaim Policy.
  • Preparing MIS reports for the clients on weekly basis.
  • Preparing Presentation for clients during renewal & quarterly review meetings.
  • Conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with the clients/brokers/insurance company to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Able to present value propositions to large audiences at industry events and in one-on-one meetings with key analysts.
  • Well versed in cost effective branding and marketing programs to quickly drive market awareness and high quality leads.
  • Should be well experienced in corporate sale and presentations.
  • Bringing the business from various corporate Regular and continuous liaison with risk and Insurance executives and Regional Managers of the insurance companies in connection with business opportunities.
  • Responsible for generating higher revenues for the company by bringing in more business.
  • Interaction with Insurance companies and internal team to complete the work process.
  • Ensure customer policies, procedures and contractual agreement are consistently met.
  • Responsible for all contractual agreements from an operational perspective and ensure realistic and practical commitments are made to clients.
  • Consistently meet predetermined metrics to achieve business objectives and customer SLAs Ensure contingency plans are in place for all services to include business recovery plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics and SLAs to the Management.
  • Identify and resolve problem situations as a final point of escalation.
  • Full P&L responsibility focused on achieving operations metrics. a) Profitability of teams b) Productivity of teams c) Cost of Revenue d) Maximize utilization of resources e) Drive cost control measures across operations
  • Provide strategic guidance to the operations managers to ensure service delivery.
  • Support Account Managers and Sales teams to expand opportunities with clients and increase revenue.
  • Develop an organization structure that is in line with the business objectives and needs.
  • Manage multiple services across the organization and provide strategic direction and leadership to the teams so that they consistently meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Ensure effective tools and mechanisms are provided to the team to track and develop individual potential to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure effective succession plans are in place and seek the development of direct reports up to and including moving them to different teams/services within the company in order to maximize potential. Ensure clear succession plans is in place for self and all managers.
  • Ensure timely preparation and review of goals and development plans for direct reports. Ensure accurate handling and completion of progress reviews on performance and development plans within agreed timescales and provide ongoing feedback to VP/Operations Managers/Operations Assistant Managers.
  • Approve resource planning, recruitment training and other development plans for the teams Mentor and guide direct reports and work closely with all Managers and intervene appropriately to create a competent and close-knit team.
  • Create a high performance, fair and exciting work environment that provides motivation and development opportunities for the teams.
  • Ensure sharing of knowledge and best practices within the company and counsel managers to enhance performance and arrest attrition. Motivate and develop managers to include specific attention to individual development.
  • Review performance achievements and targets regularly with Operations Managers / Operations Assistant Mangers and provide strategic direction to improve service delivery.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Must have min. experience of 8-10 years in Insurance industry at top level management post.
  • Qualification: Candidate should be Post graduate or MBA in Operations.
  • Handling Major Corporate Group.
  • Handling queries of HR/Employee through emails& Calls and resolve them.
  • Solving Customer/HR/Broker's queries related to claims and other issues.
  • Following up with Insurance Company for endorsement and getting the same updated in system.
  • Guiding customers to apply for claims and with policy Terms & Conditions.
  • Register claims in system.
  • Grievance resolution by taking follow from the operation team.
  • Tracking up the claims file for & updating to the corporate client till the claim get settled.
  • Following up for cheque dispatch details and NEFT details with backend and banks.
  • Maintaining day to day activities on the worksheet.
  • Assisting in MIS Preparation.
  • Preparing & Sending Monthly MIS to Corporate.
  • Maintaining track of all pending claim cases &ensure on the closure of the same within TAT.
  • Qualification : Graduate Experience : 0-2 years ( fresher) Strong analytical & problem solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal English communication and presentation skills
  • Qualification : Graduate Plan and execute monthly closure schedule. Approve Journal Entries Ensure reclassification and accounting of wrong or unaccounted entries prior to GL close. Monitor all the purchase and expense accruals booked aged more than 60 days and ensure timely reversal of over accruals. Analyzing monthly fluctuations in Trial Balance and root cause analysis of accounts having major fluctuations on monthly basis. Preparation of Balance Sheet accounts and Profit & loss accounts at macro level & ensure integrity of all reported financial statements. Preparation of Margins and Yield Ensure timely completion of statutory audit. End to end co ordination with Stat Auditors. Facilitate to get third party confirmations like Receivable / Payable , bank and Intercompany TDS: Preparation and filing of TDS return on Quarterly basis & ensure timely monthly Payment of TDS Service Tax: Preparation and filing of Service tax return on half yearly basis & ensure timely monthly

  • QUALIFICATION –MBBS /B.H.M.S / B.A.M.S Provide Medical opinion for Health Insurance Claims. Processing of Cashless Requests & Health Insurance Claim Documents. Proficient with medical terms & system. Understand enterprise architecture in health care and public health organizations. 6 months -3 years experience in cashless claims approving. Knowledge of health insurance. Well versed with medical terminologies.

  • Qualification : Graduate Coordinate with insured as well as with insurer and resolving the queries via phone, e-mail or by personal visit in office. Giving approval of first visit authorization to insured on bases of documents received. Issuing deficiency letters, cost guarantee letters to insured or to provider. Scrutinization of the bills for both medical as well as non-medical Overseas Mediclaim Policies claims (Cashless as well as Reimbursement Claims).
  • Candidate should be B.H.M.S / B.A.M.S / MBBS/DHMS 3-6 years of experience in Insurance Broking firm / TPA co. / Insurance Co.( Mandatory.) Can handle a team and must be a good team player as well. Coordination with clients and having experience to handling a team of wellness service providing dept. Must have knowledge of Pre-Policy health Checkup. Responsible for timely execution & delivery of health check up request. Well Versed with Medical terms and having good knowledge of medical terminologies. Coordination with Hospitals and Pathological Laboratory (if required). Coordination with Operation team and Diagnostic center As well as if required to travel client location.
